Commscope has announced the launch of its new Fiber Optic Splice Enclosure, the F0SC400-B2-24-1-BGV. This single ended, O-ring sealed dome closure is designed to splice feeder and distribution cables for fiber optic networks.
The enclosure is compatible with most common cable types such as loose tube, central core, ribbon fiber and FOSC splice trays which hinge open for access to any splices without disturbing other trays. The enclosure can be used in aerial, pedestal and underground applications.
